Emotional Freedom Technqiue (EFT) is a form of energy psycholgy that helps to relieve physical pain and emotional distress. It is often referred to as tapping or psychological accupressure and is believed to balance the energy system and alter brain activity, by tapping on and, stimulating the body's meridian points.
