Emotional Freedom Technqiue

As an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, I teach people how to use this simple, easy-to-learn technique to relieve physical pain, trauma and emotional distress. I also use EFT to support my weight loss programmes.

 

Often referred to as ‘tapping’ or ‘psychological acupressure’, EFT is designed to balance the energy system and rewire brain activity, by tapping on the body's meridian points. It can be learnt by anyone, and easily used throughout the day to support sustainable changes in habits, rewiring the brain and nervous system for wellbeing and affirming the outcomes you want.

EFT allows us to release and transform any emotional trauma such as hurt, guilt, fear, anger and sadness that is affecting us subconsciously in our daily life. This supports us when we are dealing with physical pain, or embarking on a weight loss programme.
